Connect Charley to your Slack workspace to receive security alerts in any channel without checking the dashboard.

Connecting Slack

Go to Settings

Navigate to Settings → Integrations in the dashboard.

Click Connect Slack

Click Connect to Slack. You’ll be redirected to Slack’s OAuth authorization screen.

Authorize the Charley app

Select the workspace and click Allow. You’ll be redirected back to the dashboard.

Choose a channel

Select the channel where alerts should be posted. Charley will send a confirmation message to that channel.

Alert Types

Once connected, Charley posts a Slack message when:
  • A dangerous link is blocked on any enrolled device
  • A device is disabled or deleted
  • A billing event occurs (payment failed, subscription canceled)
  • A custom alert webhook threshold is met (if configured)

Disconnecting Slack

Go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect. Charley will immediately stop sending messages to your workspace. You can also revoke access from within your Slack workspace’s Installed Apps settings.
