The Notification Center is accessible from the bell icon in the top navigation bar. It surfaces important events scoped to your organization.

Notification Types

EventTriggered When
Member joinedA new member accepts an invitation
Device enrolledA device is successfully registered
Device disabledAn admin disables a device
Billing updateA plan change, payment success, or payment failure
Security alertA threat detection threshold is exceeded (Pro/Enterprise)

Marking as Read

  • Click a notification to mark it as read.
  • Click Mark all as read to clear the entire feed at once.
The badge count on the bell icon reflects unread notifications only.

Notification Delivery

In-app notifications are always enabled. For real-time alerts outside the dashboard, connect Slack or configure a webhook endpoint.
