The Members page lets organization admins invite team members and control what each person can see and do in the dashboard.
Roles
| Role | Description |

| Org Admin | Full access. Can manage members, billing, settings, and all devices. |
| Analyst | Can view analytics and devices. Cannot manage members or billing. |
| App User | Limited access. Can view their own assigned devices only. |
The first person to sign in from a company domain is automatically assigned the Org Admin role.
Inviting a Member
Open the invite dialog
Click Invite Member on the Members page.
Enter their email and role
Type the email address and select the role you want to assign. Click Send Invite.
They accept via email
The invitee receives an email with a link. Clicking it creates their account (or links their existing Auth0 account) and adds them to your organization.
Pending invitations appear in the Pending Invites section. You can cancel a pending invite at any time.
Changing a Member’s Role
- Find the member in the list.
- Click the role badge or the edit icon.
- Select a new role from the dropdown.
- Save changes.
Role changes take effect immediately on the member’s next API request.
Removing a Member
Click the action menu next to a member and select Remove. The member loses access immediately. Their historical contribution to analytics is preserved.
Dashboard Access
Each member has a Dashboard Access toggle. Disabling it prevents login to the dashboard without removing the member from the organization. This is useful for service accounts or temporary suspensions.
