Basic

The free tier. Suitable for individuals or small teams who want to evaluate Charley. Limited to one active device and excludes some advanced analytics views.

Pro

Full access to all analytics, integrations (Slack, webhooks), and unlimited devices. Available on monthly or annual billing — annual billing offers a discount.

Enterprise

Custom per-device pricing negotiated with the Charley team. Includes SSO configuration, priority support, and a dedicated account manager. Contact us to get a quote.

Changing Your Plan

  1. Go to Billing in the sidebar.
  2. Click Upgrade or Change Plan.
  3. Select your desired plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual).
  4. Complete checkout via Stripe.
You’re redirected back to the dashboard after checkout. Your new plan is active immediately.

Subscription Status

StatusMeaning
PendingPlan selected, checkout not yet completed
OnboardingCheckout complete, finishing org setup
ActiveFully subscribed and active
CanceledSubscription canceled; access continues until the period end
After a subscription expires, a 3-day grace period allows continued access while you update payment details.

Managing Your Subscription

Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe customer portal, where you can:
  • Update your payment method
  • Download invoices
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions renew automatically. You’ll receive an email receipt from Stripe on each renewal. Failed payments trigger a notification in the dashboard and via email.
